The Montessori method is constantly changing and often reinterpreted. Dr. Montessori never trademarked the method or because they thought it best that they evolve and develop. However, the name stuck, and thousands of schools around the world practice what they see as the Montessori teaching. For this reason, a “Montessori” school mean many different things.

Some schools and teachers philosophy bind specifically and directly to the personality of Dr. Montessori, the search for authenticity in the statements of his writings, his colleagues and successors. Others believe it is best to allow the concepts to the current culture and local level, which means that the application of the method according to conventional thinking of the time and place where varied means to be affected it works. This interpretation is of the opinion that if the method that Dr. Montessori used the exact same way used today, he would not have the same legal effect because it is not today.

The third most common interpretations of the procedure is that the Montessori method reflects a kind of being that intrinsic, natural, and the influence of personality or culture. This interpretation of the development and growth of the proceedings on the original teachings of Dr. Montessori, but retains a degree of integrity and consistency with these teachings.

Parents who are more interested in the Montessori teaching methods should contact their local Montessori center, arrange a visit and an introduction to the school, attend a class activity and meet the educational staff.

Think about what education might look like in the next decade, it is clear that the trends in technology so many of our students are behind him. We no longer live in an age of visible movement, when it comes to progress and innovation. Today is an era of exponential change. New technologies emerge and continue to improve every day in every corner of society.

Clarify the best and brightest in this new world a new paradigm and the improvement of education will be. Educational tools make it our time in the corner of the classroom is the mistake that could cost us our future. Throw masses of children with unequal access to ensure that we languish at the bottom of the global pool of employable workers in the coming decades.

The new toolkit

I was at an auction several years ago, and I noticed some old tools for woodworking, I thought I could use. For a few dollars, I could hang an assortment of hand tools, which may have been in the box, someone who for a generation or more. As the next decade, I have used these tools in my shop for a variety of projects, my projects to grow out of the old tools blunt. My creations made of wood has continued to improve both my skills and artistry. I quickly discovered that the use of improved tools to better craft. As any carpenter will tell you that require new tools new skills.

Woodworking is a metaphor for many students to shape and form. There is simply no good substitute for a cutting tool. If you want to build the best possible projects, you need the best tools possible. Think in terms of the next ten years for our country, we are very disappointed in our projects, if we fail to improve our tools.

In this article I will try to get a picture of how technology will paint educate the way we characterize students in the next decade. I’ll try the amazing possibilities that lay before us show, if we will just go through the door of opportunity is open for us. My focus will be the idea. Be “user” Transforming the student is a passenger to become one you may be wondering what I mean. Let me explain.

Ask yourself, what does it mean a “user” to be. A user is not simply a person who uses it. For the student, must be free as a user with the use of latest technology in an independent manner. This new freedom will enable the student to become an active participant in his / her studies instead of a passive passenger. No other time in history we were able to achieve it.

In our current technological society is that a user will also be monitored. Was tracking must lead to an important part of our daily life and it’s just the engine of our educational process for the foreseeable future. Followed by a student with the ability to be educated on the strengths and weaknesses aim. The ability to customize programs to the holy grail of educational philosophy for many years. The golden age of technological developments may soon make this dream a reality.

Current curriculum and individual assessment is at best arbitrary. Being able to accurately assess a student can not be achieved through the use of modern technologies and tracking database. The means by which we can make it a reality is easily accessible and should be used off the shelf can be removed. If Congress is looking for a project ready to start, this may be the only one.

Imagine a world where every child has a tablet computer with easy access to the App photographic memory virtual (Internet). Furthermore, imagine that each student can have free access to all human knowledge any time. Next, imagine a world where a misspelled word brings a challenge instead of an automated enforcement spelling correction. Try the above, what does it mean for a teacher, a database of every misspelled word, every concept or have misunderstood each equation has to think for each student. Try to imagine a teacher with the ability to customize the experience of the individual “user” with minimal effort. Imagine the program automatically to the user through an intuitive platform educational knows every strength and weakness of each uniquely designed. I could go on, but I think you get the point.

The company, which this standard, which makes the education community, the society that are shaping the future of humanity. Will Google, Apple, Microsoft or another unknown to be a pioneer?

Further from the thoughts in my last post I would like a clarification like the idea of ??students as users of a new platform for standardized teaching. It is clear to me that the future of education is always a reflection of our daily life, his way or another. If you are at how technology has affected your daily life already looking forward, you begin to get an overview of what it means to be educated in the next ten years to develop.

In the last few hundred years ago, most people see education as something that you get. We often hear the question “Where did you get your education?” As we proceed in the next decade will be tailored educational slowly away from the front desk and on the individual user. The new technologies allow us not only to get an education, but also to develop an education, the question we could ask in 10 years, is:. “How did you develop your training?” The question is where will always be important, but the question is how the definition of the individual.

To achieve it, we need a standardized platform to develop the unique training, a student. This unified platform will allow us to tailor a personalized program of study, the appropriate talents, interests and goals in life. For educators, a standardized platform to create a way to help students discover a true purpose in life through a unique educational experience. The basics of reading, writing and arithmetic are not taught how to be discovered and used. Learning will be a mutual exchange between teachers, pupils and machine.

Under a single platform, all three participants will have a role to play. The teacher is the facilitator, helping the development of curricula and inspire students toward taking. The student is the user that the collection of resources, skills and knowledge in an efficient process and measured. The machine does the work of data collection and analysis that will help teachers and students to refine the program. This data collection work of the machine to free the teacher from the burden of record keeping and tedious tasks that distract from the actual work of the current teaching and learning.

As part of a standardized system, the grade will be much smaller. Performance and progress will be measured by the performance and intelligence as a measure of success. The question of success or failure will be irrelevant and a standard measure of intelligence, coherent and global potential. The information is not missing, but constantly repeated, and then to the whereabouts of the machine.

In our current educational paradigm, the teacher is responsible for the construction of curriculum arbitrary. This approach to curriculum development is to inexperience in some cases, outdated materials, lack of funding and lack of time. Measure the success of a specific program is currently impossible. With a standardized, comparisons can be made of the success of the curriculum for the entire spectrum of education and then reformulated and reinforced continuously through the machine.

Unfortunately, teachers today are stuck with an assortment of mind-numbing tasks that are off-the-shelf automated system to a better adapted. Tasks such as data tracking, reporting and record keeping requirements are currently being performed manually. These tasks could be transferred easily to an intuitive database. To follow the development of a standard would be to eliminate these tasks and the teacher free to do its main task of teaching students.

Education 3.0

Throughout history man has tried to pass on knowledge to the next generation. This process began with the tradition of telling and writing stories. With the advent of the printing press, knowledge and information is gradually to the masses. The amount of information that could be acquired by a person in his life has been severely limited by its access to printed materials and wealth. Most of the learning was acquired through observation and imitation. We can use this Education 1.0.

2.0 Education begins in the late nineteenth century, illiteracy movement through the newly industrialized regions of the world. Improvement of the general slow transition between learning and formal education and training. Despite our movement towards universal education, access to knowledge and opportunities to be unjust in the world. Even with the advent of the computer revolution, access to learning tools continue to define the learners.

In the next decade could be the historic moment when everyone can have equal access to the greatest wealth of a soul to be issued. I use the word may in the last sentence, because there is a chance that we miss this unique opportunity. 3.0 Access to education will be gained from investment and universal banks standardization. If we divert resources to the goals and failed to corporate greed continue, this possibility is lost or delayed in despair.

Education 3.0, if it happens, the universal education. Platforms for education and learning is to normalize slowly and globally accessible and affordable. Poorest to the richest have access to the machine with the platform.

The thought of your mind at this stage is probably wondering what I keep referring to machine. The machine in question is that we’ve been so busy teaching and training for about 1969th You have probably thought that I am referring to the Internet. The large cloud of knowledge we call the Internet is exactly the mechanism we use to build the platform for education is 3.0. When the platform is finally available, see the decade to follow, the greatest amount of wealth, discovery and exploitation of human potential that we saw during our time on this earth. The only question that remains unanswered is the point I would make in this article.

When will we allow the user to use the machine, their potential?

Stephen McClard was the director of bands at Bolivar High School since 2002. Mr. McClard a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University in the year 1990. He began his teaching career in southern Missouri before moving to Illinois, where he taught band for 8 years.

This list presents the key findings of a recent action research (AR) learned study on the development of curricula in a military college. I hope you will find some reasons to see you involved in AR.

First The four types of knowledge: experience, presentation, propositional, practical. I see them now more explicitly in the classroom, I am planning and construction at the university. I evaluate applications in knowledge on the basis of this framework. I am looking for ways to integrate all four in all subjects. I introduced the idea in our program, faculty development, because it told a synergy with our philosophy of education.

Second Unproductive exercise in communication: a useful set of techniques to address a formal and systematic problems. This is a difficult area for me as a communicator in general, to the time and effort and rework that comes so easily to me to spend. But we know that in such cases, you get a good price by using your strengths, not only to correct deficiencies. Made me aware of my communication methods and frameworks.

Third The profile of the development of leadership qualities: fascinating and useful model for the participation of organizations Torbert large-scale transformation through self-awareness and a sense of what is possible to predict and calibrate the friction points. I shall not be capable of it yet, but I can see how powerful they may be within my college, because it is a scaffolding around the organization of the work we already do with the transformation of individual leaders.

4th Simultaneous first, second, and the study of 3D person: I enjoyed the missions pairs, supplemented by readings that can be simultaneously learning loops in practice. My exposure to traditional techniques of change management was much more focused and single sequential task. There are a lot of momentum for change that are generated when can be addressed simultaneously through multiple paths.

5th Transparency in research in action: It was very liberating, to approach the project from a rear perspective explicitly clear with my needs, values ??and objectives in advance, and encourage stakeholders (to join the first invitation) to do the same to utilize the maximum area of ??common interest to find out. Transparency in education was a new topic presented by our commander and he fits well with the values ??of democracy: AR, empowerment and capacity building, among others.

6th Systems Thinking: Article Ray Ison, Handbook of Action Research is a treasure of clarity and brevity, and then comes right when I need to be able to engage with our developers requirements for the generation of leaders cognitive abilities, which found most of those be the domain of systems thinking.

7th Diverse experiences and perspectives, linked by a common framework: In reading 2D and 3D, and after reflection, I came to the value of sharing different perspectives and experiences in the instructions. There are many ideas and techniques that I initially set aside as not relevant for me, but after adopting a broader perspective and assuming that in the future, I may very well be in partnership with people for whom these ideas and techniques of significant value can be, I’ve learned to know the broadened my horizons to appreciate.

8th Iterative learning and practicing: it could learn to read, and make learning as they occur simultaneously and integrate both the need for action and research components of the discipline. In the act of writing this ball, so additional measures research crystallized, as I try, that regardless of what I see “phase” of the project where you are, you can never stop researching and you never cease to act on your knowledge .

9th Potential of AR in education: covered in detail in the preceding pages, but it is clear to me that since the infrastructure is a necessary part of learning / change, which remains that RA should be a part of its education system, and we are constantly are produced, what kinds of unholy damage requiring AR prepared for the future. If AR is somehow get into our “fire” in the ways people think and work together and share embedded, then AR is the “fight against the fire” after the initial focus of damage done has been.

10th Convenience: For all the worries I had for the first time in the field of AR is soft and fuzzy, full of the kind of fervor out of breath, I associate negatively with true believers, I m seeing more and more practical aspect of philosophy, integrity, commitment to values ??that I support, and the applicability of their methods and targets within my own work and living space. It resonates with other experiences that I have had both positive and negative, change management, quality and movement systems, and now I see it as a practical discipline that would materially change that is achieved.

The psychology of learning is perhaps one of the hottest topics of modern psychology, and there are many conflicting theories and perspectives in this field. The biggest sticking point is the infantile phase that occurs at birth when the child begins to speak. In all phases of the life of the child, playing and learning are of utmost importance.

In the first phase of the training described my most theorists Psychology of Learning (0-2) Children learn by imitating other people (especially mothers), test environment, ritualization game and finally a mere pretense. In the psychology of learning, each of them comes in different stages, and every effort must be learned in order for a child to be able to productively interact with their environment.

The next phase of the psychology of learning is described in the infant stages, and early childhood (2-5 years) in which the primary means of learning is through the use of symbols. It is at this stage that the child to the arbitrary connections between words, sounds, images and concepts begin to learn.

Since these compounds can not be learned by trial and error, it is important that the child support as much as possible during this period.

The psychology of learning and philosophy of language both place enormous importance on this part of child development. Another important finding in the psychology of learning is that children in “play compensatory” the use phase, the attempt of the first evidence for children, has come in with their feelings.

According to the psychology of learning, children transfer their feelings or events that occurred on another object. For example, a child who was scolded recently seen could understand scolding her doll as a way in which the complaint made her feel. If the child is “child” status (7 years) is their ability to learn is greatly increased.

The psychology of learning dictates that children as much structure as possible should be given at this time to the child, to teach how to interact socially. Games such as hide and play games are strongly endorsed by those who practice the psychology of learning. Institutionalized and organized sports games at this stage of development of the child are important.

Studies of learning psychology have shown that children are to have at that age who participate in sports rather better grades and have more energy and more likely to together with classmates and friends.

If you are planning to study in a foreign country, it would be advantageous to explore educational opportunities offered by Japan. Remember, in the country that made the greatest progress will be brought up economically since World War II. You can register for a course or in a research project with the same technology that has been collected in Japan at the forefront of the global economy.

In Japan, the old and new in the creation of a culture that values ??the ancient Eastern philosophies next to each other, while the adoption of capitalism and Western business practices. If you are a part of this culture, you gain a rounded experience. Visit some of the oldest temples in the world and quit your job or a job with the prior art, all in one day.

Reputation for teaching Japanese speaks of himself, how many world leaders have studied there, and a number of scholars and writers in Japan have recently received a Nobel Prize. The most popular fields of study are electronics, Japanese literature, medicine, and international affairs. This is a goal of all educational institutions to provide a quality educational experience of research facilities, computer and library can be supported.

The Japanese government has set a goal of increasing the enrollment of students from the current 140000-300000 students in 2020. This gives you the unique opportunity to be recruited from a university or junior, a junior college, college or technical training or college of Technology.
