4th In Foxtrot Company, we have three priorities. Our priorities are: (1) training (2), professional development and preparation for the device (3).

a. Training: Everything to do what we need is education. We need to conduct tough, realistic training. We train as we fight, while the use of a proper risk management. We have the responsibility as a soldier, squad, trains, and as a company. We need to be trained to carry out our mission and the federal government.

b. Professional Development: Our education system should never plateau. Soldiers should always strive to improve their skills. To do this, the soldiers go to military schools to pursue a college education, distance learning and promote a comprehensive and effective program.

c. Preparation Unit: Our camera equipment is to be properly recorded and maintained. Our soldiers are physically and mentally fit and can be used anywhere in the world.

5th Remember, you are a Spartan! You’re a warrior! They belong to a class organization. If you run your turn to lead! If you track and need to follow! Lead, follow or get out of the way! Take pride in everything you do and still at the forefront -
